+ Who administers the IV therapy treatment?

IV Elements IV therapy specialists are registered nurses who work directly under an MD and are well-trained in administering IV treatments.

+ How long are the treatments?

Depending on the specific IV vitamin therapy, treatments typically take between 30-45 minutes. NAD treatments are longer and can take up to 3.5 hours.

+ How often can you get an IV therapy treatment?

The frequency of IV therapy treatments should be tailored to your specific needs. Our nurses will customize a treatment plan for you that will include specific ingredients and the frequency you'll need for your treatment.

+ Is there an extra fee for mobile services?

Yes. All mobile IV therapy services have an added fee. Mobile pricing may vary depending on time, distance and traffic.

+ If 2 or more people book a mobile service for the same location, is the mobile service price applied for each service?

There is only 1 mobile fee when our nurses are traveling to 1 location.

+ How quickly can a nurse get to me for a mobile IV therapy treatment?

We can have a nurse to your preferred mobile location within 2 hours of booking in any of our coverage areas. We recommend booking 2-3 hours in advance of the time you would like for your appointment to ensure you receive your desired time slot.

INSURANCE

+ Do you accept insurance?

We currently accept HSA cards.

+ Is IV therapy eligible for FSA?

Yes, Intravenous Infusions are eligible for FSA. When booking your appointment, use your FSA card at checkout instead of using your personal bank card.

REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS

+ What is your refund policy?

MISSED APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, in the event that our medical professional is unable to perform the booked services due to circumstances outside of the patient’s control or for reasons other than the patient’s medical condition or health, you will receive a full refund.

+ What is your cancelation policy?

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24-HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE OF CANCELATION.
IV Elements understands that situations may arise that require you to cancel or postpone your appointment. We kindly request 24-hours notice be provided if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $100 fee will be charged for appointments not canceled within the 24-hour cancelation policy window. For NAD appointments there is a $250 cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours.
