HCG INJECTIONS.

HCG Injections have been shown to raise blood levels of HCG effectively because it goes directly into your bloodstream. They are administered subcutaneously around stomach, thighs or hips.

HOW OUR HCG PROGRAM WORKS.

During the HCG diet, dieters will follow a 500-calorie meal per day for either a 30-day or 42-day cycle, depending on how much weight they would like to lose.

PHASE 1:

The goal of the first phase is to interfere with the way the body stores fat. During this first phase, you will increase your caloric and fat intakes for 2 days and focus on high-fat foods, while at the same time, taking HCG injections. The HCG will prevent the fat from accumulating in your body, which begins the process of lipid mobilization.

PHASE 2:

The second phase will begin on the 3rd day of the HCG diet. You will drop your diet down to the 500-calorie regimen and continue with the HCG injections. The second phase can be difficult, particularly at the beginning and the length of this phase depends on how much weight you have to lose. After you’re finished with the HCG, you must remain on the 500-calorie diet for 3 days.

PHASE 3:

The third phase lasts 3 to 4 weeks allowing you to help maintain your new weight. Some variations of the HCG diet advise you to avoid starches and sugars during the third phase, while others require that you avoid milk and excessive fat. After a minimum of 30 days, you can begin a new round of HCG or continue to Phase 4.

PHASE 4:

The final phase of the HCG diet involves maintaining your weight. Depending on your size and physiology, you will need to eat enough calories to prevent further weight loss or gain with your caloric intake falling between 1,500 and 2,500 calories per day. You will no longer need to follow the HCG diet plan, however it is safest to eat clean, unprocessed foods while you maintain your weight.
